well I might be wrong, but that is determined by smart people not saying am wrong, but I think when plants absorbed the energy from the sun they store it inside them to grow. So yes and no yes it is stored, but no it does not transform in to stored energy.

True. When light is absorbed by a substance, the light energy is converted into stored energy within the molecules of the substance. This stored energy can then be used for various processes such as chemical reactions or heat production.
It is chemical energy. it transform sun light to chemical energy.

Absorbed
Absorbed
When light energy is absorbed by an object, it causes the object's molecules to vibrate and move faster, which generates heat energy. This transformation occurs through a process called conversion of light energy into thermal energy.
Yes, when light is absorbed by an object, the light energy is generally transformed into other forms of energy, such as heat or chemical energy. This stored energy can then be used by the object for various purposes.
Plants transform sunlight into chemical energy through the process of photosynthesis. This energy is stored in molecules such as glucose, which the plant can use for growth and metabolism.
When a light wave is absorbed by an object, the absorbed light energy is converted into heat or other forms of energy within the object.
