Yes. Lightning has been detected in the atmospheres of Venus, Jupiter, and Saturn.
Not really. While some of the other planets do have cyclonic storms, they are of a different nature from the hurricanes that occur on earth. It is possible that tropical cyclones (the generic term for a hurricane) occur on planets outside our solar system, but there is no way of observing if this is true with current technology.
i have heard that earth, satern, jupiter, neptune, and venus all have lightning!!!!
BOTH of those kinds of lightning occur.
Lightning comes when two weather "fronts" come together and moisture particles collide. Rain = moisture in one of those fronts, hence, lightning and rain are often together. Lightning does occur even when it is not raining. ==Answered By: whatrukidding==
Erosion can not happen on the moon, because there is no wind or clouds in the atmosphere.
Differentiation occurred in other inner planets, besides Earth.

Yes.
It can be purple or any other color. The color of the lightning has nothing to do with whether or not a tornado is coming.
most likely there is lighting from a further away storm and that's why the thunder occurs other wise i don't know
