Lisinopril is an ace inhibitor that causes blood vessels to constrict and increase blood pressure. This should not increase blood sugar as the two arent connected. If for some reason you think you are having a side effect contact your dr.

I was given Lisinopril to LOWER my blood pressure. How is it that you say it increases blood pressure?
