Yes in episode 405 the Strawhat Pirates are single handledly scattered across the globe by Bartholomew Kuma. Although, nobody dies, it is considered a crushing defeat.
Hancock and luffy's crew and shanks
There are 9 member in luffy crew
There nothing Jimbei said or expressed that he had the intention to join the crew but he was with the crew to guard Luffy. At the moment Jimbei came with Luffy and Hancock to the Amazon island after the war. On my opinion, Jimbei will not join the crew or will not be allowed by Luffy to join the crew because he was too strong just to be a crew by Luffy and he also got a place to protect, his homeland.
He would have a large crew, including the 50,000 Fishmen he defeated with a single burst of Conquerer's Haki during the fight against Hody.
Yes, his crew members starting to make a move back to shabody isle. Rayleigh helped Luffy to decide what to do.
He did in fact leave the crew just before the Enies Lobby arc, but afterwards he begged Luffy for forgiveness and asked if he could rejoin the crew, which Luffy allowed.
i believe robin kind of likes luffy (or does) because.... -she always laugh when luffy does certain things that are weird, when other people in the crew don't laugh about. -why did she save luffy's life when luffy was buried in sand after crocodile defeated him? 2 possibilities. one- she kind of likes him, two- doesn't want to be bad anymore. -and....remember on episodes when robin was about to die ( or she wanted to die ) the enies lobby episodes about the marine. robin was captured and luffy was trying to save her no matter what and at the train when robin was traveling to the marine place she kept thinking about luffy. and finally, on the part after when luffy defeated the person or boss that tranforms into a cheetah he said " let's go back to the ship TOGETHER ROBIN " afterwards he smiled....then robin cried/smiled. I'm still searching for more proof but i do think luffy and robin are meant for each other....my opinion no offense.
yes
Luffy's crew are the main heros in One Piece, there for they are most likely not going to die. One of the crew, Brook, has died once before but was brought back to life by the powers of his Devil Fruit.
Luffy's bounty went up to 100,000,000 (100 million) beli from 30,000,000 (30 million) beli when he defeated Crocodile.

Luffy's separation leads to significant developments in the storyline as he faces various challenges alone.
