For me, it's done the exact opposite. I usually smoke once a day, or sometimes skip a day. It's helped me control my anger issues I've had in the past. I've never heard of it making anyone more angry or anything.
I can get into arguments with other friends who are high and we resolve it in about two seconds because you realize how stupid little things are to get angry over.
