It depends on what you use it for, it has been proven in the medical industry where cancer is concerned, socially it is a very relaxing natural substance, it may however slow you down a bit but that generally passes with time. There are no withdrawal symptoms if you were to stop smoking abruptly but every ones body and temperament it different in some small way.
That being said- My advice to any one still would be to never start smoking it is dangerous to your health you, cannot clean your lungs.
