i was put on methadone for 4 months earlier this year due to a fall that caused me to fracture my back. in those 4 months i was hospitalized with high blood sugar levels (ketoacidosis) many MANY times. i was taking my medications (novolog and lantus) as prescribed but my levels were still sky rocketing. im not a doctor but by my observations i would say yes.
