No, I've yet to find a single comet with a circular orbit. All I've researched have elliptical orbits, and the apogee of that orbit, the point furthest from the Sun, takes them to the Oort Cloud or beyond.

No, most comets do not have a circular orbit in the space between Mars and Jupiter. The majority of comets originate from two regions in our solar system: the Kuiper Belt and the Oort Cloud. These regions are far beyond Mars and Jupiter, and the comets from these regions follow highly elliptical orbits that can take them close to the sun or far into the outer reaches of the solar system.

But we're fairly sure that there's stuff out there, because after 4.5 billion years, all of the known comets would long since have disintegrated. SOMETHING keeps dropping new comets into the solar system.
