Yes, your wireless print server will have its own IP address. However, you should not have to manually assign this IP address. The network you connect to should use DCHP which will automatically assign the print server the next IP address on the list for your network. All you should have to worry about is hooking it all up correctly and having the drivers you need. Configuration is normally OS dependent.
If your printer is network capable, it has own print server. Just connect the printer to the router. Then connect the printer as a network printer.
If it doesn't own wireless interface you have to connect to one of compurers (don't forget to share the printer it its properties, you might need to adjust security politics too) which uses the wireless network where are going to share the printer. If it has (some new printers have) you need to configure the printer.
According to the manual it should have its own interface (unless there is some trick and you have to pay for that too). You need to read the printer manual to make sure that the printer wireless is compatible with your wireless network.
Its all about finding the printer on the network. Is it attached to a computer on the network? Or is it a network printer? Go to the machine you want to print from / control panel / printers / search for network printer.... and then just locate and add. Make sure you have enabled printer and sharing on your machines. And watch out for firewalls.

Yes you certainly can. The wireless connection at work and your USB connection at home are two separate and independent connections and they will be pointing to two separate printers, as a matter of fact you can set up a number of printers on your Laptop each will have it's own separate connection if you have multiple printers set up you will need to specify the particular printer you want to print to when prompted otherwise your print job will be sent to the printer you have designated as the default printer.
