Omni cleansing drink doesn't hide a thing. All that stuff works the same way: it's got B vitamins to turn your urine yellow, creatine to try to make your urine not look concentrated, and instructions to drink a lot of water. Yup, you guessed it: if you took three B-complex vitamin pills and three creatine pills, and washed them down with about half a gallon of water, you'd get the same result for far less money.
