Yes.
can fly plane with one lung
You actually need ID to get on a plane, so yes you would need one.
You do not need Canadian plates if you were to fly and land in Candada. You will need a passport and permission to fly and land. You will need Canadian Customs inspections in order to get permission.
You need one form of government picture ID (driver's license, passport. etc.).
A passport is not needed to fly from one US state to another. However, you will need a photo ID of some sort to board the plane.
You wouldn't drive a plane, you would fly one. One the ground the term then would be to "taxi" a plane
In order to operate a Cessna 210, one would need to obtain a private pilot's license (PPL). One can also fly simply by getting written permission from a flight instructor.
Well my many greats uncle was the first one to make the plane. They did it out of curiosity, who doesn't want to fly? lol.
You can find the plane at the film studio. You only have one plane that is the sea plane you used in the mission dildo dodo.If you haven't done it yet then you need to do it to get the plane. You can then find that plane behind the Film Studio on the prawn island.
Twenty. One.
A Sport Pilot license doesn't let you fly airplanes. Here's the deal: A Private Pilot license lets you fly aircraft but not for hire. After you have a private certificate, you can get things like instrument ratings (which allows you to fly in bad weather using only your plane's instruments to navigate it), type ratings (which allow you to fly specific large aircraft or jets), and ratings for specific kinds of airplanes like ones with tailwheels. You've got to take a physical, go to school and pass written, oral and flight tests to get these licenses and ratings. Conceivably you could get a type rating on your private pilot's license that would allow you to fly your own 747, but no one ever would--unless you were an oil billionaire or something, the only reason you'd ever fly a 747 is if someone was paying you to do it. You can't do that on a Private certificate. In the 1970s they invented the Ultralight aircraft. These have one seat, and you don't need a pilot's license for them. Later, two-seat ultralights were invented. People who didn't know how to fly were buying these planes and killing themselves in crashes. When they started killing passengers, the FAA stepped in and required training and licensure for two-seaters. Now a two-seat ultralight is a "light sport aircraft." It's only allowed to have two seats, it can only weigh a certain amount, you're restricted as to how far you can fly... Trying to decide which license to get? If all you ever want to do in a plane is to go up and fly around for fun, a Sport Pilot license might be okay. If you want to rent a plane and fly to grandma's house for the weekend, definitely get a Private certificate. Now having said that, if you have a Private certificate you can fly a light sport aircraft. You can hold a higher rating than the plane you're flying needs--an airline pilot with an Airbus A380 type rating can buy a Cessna and use it to commute to work.
He had a drawing of something like a plane, but it was not one that would actually fly.
