Absolutely! I took Oxycontin and had a drug test 4 days later and I came up clean. I think it can vary by how much you take, how long you have been taking it, and your size(height and weight).

∙ 13y agoIt shows up as an opiate. Heroin and some other painkillers also show up as opiates. If you need to take a drug test and don't want it to show up, I suggest getting a product like Zydot (a cleanser). If you follow the directions exactly, it does work. I have passed twice using it to mask pain killers.
