The noun parsley is an uncountable (mass) noun as a word for a substance.

Like many nouns for substance, the plural form parsleys is used only for 'types of' or 'kinds of', for example: The parsleys we planted are flat-leaf parsley, Hamburg parsley, and Italian parsley.
