Ask the owner of the private server. If they don't know, then they have no business running an illegal server.
I don't think there is any penalty for playing on a private server.
If you are playing WoW on a Private Server, you have no legal rights for tech support beyond what you get from the Admins of that server. Because of this, any technical difficulties you experience with WoW you will have to contact them for.
It depends on the server that you are playing. In most cases you will keep the items for each time that you log-in. These items earned on the server can not be "moved over" to real runescape in any way, they are 100% part of the server. Please note that runescape private servers are a common way for people to get viruses, google a RSPS toplist and choose something that many people are playing.
accually you can get caught, blizzard may make a private server and see who joins and ban you by IP address. It is illegal because it is not F2P it is P2P.
A Runescape private server can be run off of almost any personal computer for no cost. It does require extensive knowledge of networking and running a server, however.
Yes....Actually There Is http://eso.lavalongames.com/
Private servers are not affiliated with Blizzard or the World of Warcraft game so any questions regarding them would have to be directed at the host of the server or their representatives.
Please do not create a WoW private game server because WoW private server's violate the terms of use.Wrong. It is known that if someone creates a private server of "WoW" or of any other game, they add there own add-ons to the game making it bellong to them and not a copy of blizzard work. If any one creates a private server they will make sure they have not 100% coppied a game, making it legal to use. The company can try to shut you down though if you find out your private server.I have just read the terms of use and what i said is true, it can be legal if you make the right steps.
Yes they are a great server! There are hundreds of active members on at any given time. Give it a try! and best yet they have a web client so there's no need to download any shady third party clients.
Because of the new expansion, World of Warcraft: Wrath of The Lich King, no private servers of any merit are able to emulate the game properly... it will be months before any private server will be able to create a bug free emu.
That depends on the private servers. Some have the EXP at normal, and others have various bonuses. Check with the mods of the private server to find out if there is any EXP hike and if so, how much higher it is. Hope this helps.
A private server for WOW can let you use GM commands. It lets the player have free reign and don't have to pay for the account. However, this may result in a permanent banishment from the game.
