If you are referring to cocaine as "Posh", then yes it will show up on an employment drug test. We test for 4 major things, THC, Cocaine, Methanphetimines, and Benzodiazepines. Some employers test for a much wider range of drugs.

∙ 13y agoposh does show up in drug tests one way to not allow that to happen would be t drink a great amount of water, and eat very healthy foods that include the healthy nutrients your body needs to keep your system clean..... you should not eat any canies, drink any soda's or anything fattening and high with saturated fats and carbohydrates.
