Not really, this myth comes from Super Smash Bros. Melee. If you zoom in on the back of Daisy's head clip through her hair you will see a unused third eye. This is a glitch that is only in early versions of the game. This is most likely left overs from when the designer made Daisy's face. Most of the time the person making the graphics will mess around with different eyes, eyebrows, mouths, etc. The designer will move them around and move the other pieces where they can't be see if the model looks good. the designer doing Daisy forgot to delete the first draft eye or submitted the wrong picture to wrap around the 3d object but didn't know it tell the game was released.
