Combining hallucinogens (such as LSD or psilocybin-containing magic mushrooms) with methamphetamine can produce a greater euphoric effect. However, this combination is very risky, as this combination can also lead to extreme anxiety, paranoia, panic, and other serious effects. Thus, it is not recommended.
Psilocybin is mostly a stimulant but it can also act as a depressant. It stimulates parts of the brain, producing its hallucinogenic effects. Psilocybin also stimulates stretch reflex (resist relaxing muscles), increases heart rate in many cases, and dilates pupils, but it is inconsistent. For example, lower blood pressure is a depressive effect which is common, but it is also common (to a lesser degree) to experience higher blood pressure.
No it does not.
Imaginary.
Well there's no "sure-fire" way, but the use of psychedelic drugs (like DMT, LSD, psylocybin mushrooms, or ayahuasca) or even deep meditation can lead to epiphanies.
As far as I know they are strictly illicit drugs, meaning they are highly illegal and dangerous. There are some very hefty fines and long jail sentences involved for anyone caught in possession or dealing magic mushrooms. I'd say its best not to delve into illegal drugs... :)
They contain the hallucenogenic alkaloids right from the start of their life and as such are best picked young to semi-mature for recreational use. But beware, some people are naturally predisposed to psychosis and even one experiment can lead to trouble as you are always dealing with an unknown concentration of the active substance.
No, Down Syndrome is strictly a genetically inherited condition; though taking drugs during pregnancy can lead to other health problems for the baby.
It's not the sixties anymore... LSD is becoming harder and harder to find as time passes. This is because the interest of the youth now lies mainly in the consumption of chemically synthesized stimulants such as MDMA and other Amphetamines. Just ask around... If you know or know of someone who sells Psilocybin Mushrooms (Magic Mushrooms, 'Shrooms', etc.), they might be a good lead; since Acid and Shrooms fall under the same category, were at large at around the same time, and thus may go hand in hand with (in terms of product availability) each other. Good luck... and have a nice time (if you're successful).
Psychedelic substances such as LSD, psilocybin (found in magic mushrooms), and DMT are known to produce vivid and unusual changes in thought, feelings, and perceptions by altering the brain's serotonin system. These substances can lead to intense experiences that may include visual and auditory hallucinations, distorted sense of time, and feelings of interconnectedness.
Some drugs are called "gateways" for the reason that they have the possibility to lead to use of other addictive drugs; for example, some people consider both cigarettes & liquor to be gateways as they both increase the risk of involvement with illegal drugs.
Anti-psychotic drugs control the symptoms of psychosis, and in many cases are effective in controlling the symptoms of other disorders that may lead to psychosis
