Also being around someone you feel safe with like family or guardians , sometimes the nightmare could be something that's happening in real life like bullying so its best to make the problem stop and then you wont get nightmares.Also some cultures believe that if you have a worry doll you can tell it your worry/nightmare and then put it under your pillow and it it will stop the nightmares... hope it helps! (sometimes you can get worry dolls in hawkins bazzar and if not you will have to keep a look out for them!)
