No, there is no interaction. Pyro Clock of Destiny increases the 'turn count' by 1. That means any card that specifically count turns, such as Swords of Revealing Light, will have their count increased by one and thus last for one turn less. This is the ONLY thing Pyro Clock of Destiny does. It does not actually make the turn pass, it doesn't make 'until end of turn' effects expire, nor trigger anything that activates in a specific phase.
