There is no way to activate it since it doesnt have hardware support for it.
No,and sadly i have the same graphics card...but somehow it does support 3.0 though? i think 3.0 is just 2.0 for cards not supporting 2.0 sooo.... yeah some 3.0 stuff might show up black and pink in squares on some stuff.

It is not quite clear as far as older cards are concerned most distros after 5.10 have radeon drivers packed in but i dont think these drivers have acceleration EnderV
You can but the lag would be horrendous
go to start then run and type dxdiag then when it comes up go to display it should tell you your card and driver
