Maybe under rare situation's, but any detox is really a flush and you will fail because the levels will be crashed from drinking too much crap. they can tell easy if you have been consuming things , the creatinine levels are too low, and the specific gravity/density is too low.

∙ 8y agoI used it and passed my urine test. I'm glad I called the phone number on the box and got directions so I took it at the right time. Also, they ask if you weigh over 200 lbs or use a lot...if you do, you're going to need the 32oz rescue ice, not the sure shot.
