She doesn't just love him, she ADORES him with all of the blood running through her veins. Some people though, have argued that Sakura only started MADLY LOVING Sasuke so she could beat her arch enemy- Ino. She did like him, ever since she was a little girl, but her love for him only became sort of like a competition with all of the other girls trying to get him too.
