I'm not entirely sure what you are asking about as far as "relationship", but whichever one it is I'll try and help you :)Amy is not related to Sonic nor Shadow, but she has a crush on Sonic (probably even loves him), she has ever since she was introduced into the series. Amy is one of those girls whose love for the hero is unrequited, because the hero only has eyes for his love (Sally) or he simply views her as too young. I am not sure of Amy and Shadow's relationship though. I use to read a lot of Sonic the Hedgehog comics and watch the Sonic the Hedgehog ((Sat AM) but not Sonic X) and only played the games up until the end of Sega Genesis, so I can't answer as well as someone who has played the recent games and watched all of the shows. Perhaps in a different version (i.e. the new games/shows) Sonic returns her feelings, but I am not sure.
