Nightstarr, you must be concerned; you ask the same questions over and over. Women get pregnant when their egg cell comes in contact with a sperm cell. Semen, the milky fluid that a guy produces, has sperm in it. That's what Semen is-- it's the fluid that contains sperm cells. If the guy puts semen into you, then it's possible for you to get pregnant. Anyone who told you that semen has no sperm in it is lying to you, or doesn't know. Semen has sperm cells in it. You get pregnant when semen goes in and comes into contact with your egg.
