Basically there is Whole, semi-skimmed and skimmed milk. Organic milk is (I believe) from cows that have not been treated with hormone, vitamin, and antibiotics injections or treated feed. The calcium should be the same?
Any limestone rock is full of it. Calcite (CaCO3), that is.
Yes milk is a good source of calcium.
Calcium can come from cows, yes, especially in their bones and in their milk. You can also get calcium from goat's milk, buffalo milk, camel milk, etc.
That would depend on the cereal. If you want to know if the cereals you eat contain calcium, look at the nutrition facts label. Also, most cereals are eaten with milk, which contains calcium.
Skimmed - 322.5mg Semi Skimmed - 310mg Whole - 305mg So skimmed milk is better for you, more calcium and less fat!
There is no difference in the quantity of calcium. The only difference is the amount of fat in the milk. Skimmed milk has simply had most of the fat removed.
Skimmed milk has a little more calcium than semi-skimmed, which in turn has a little more calcium than whole milk. The reason is simply that as the fat is removed, the watery proportion of the milk goes up, and this is the part that contains the calcium. Read more in the "sources and related links" down below.

Fat
Whole milk is (usually) milk from a cow that has been cooled, but has not had any cream content removed. The main choices are: whole milk (full cream), semi-skimmed milk (half the cream removed), and skimmed milk (practically all the cream removed). Whole milk is recommended for children, who need the fat and calcium, for bone structure.

Milk, Cheese, Butter, Youghurts, Real Ice cream etc. basically all dairy products. It is has been proven that human digestive system makes better use of calcium in full fat milk (ie 3.8%) rather than skimmed or semi skimmed (half fat). Also in some countries limestone flour is used to improve the whiteness of bread and supplement calcium intakes.
