I would say yes. Your testicles are very important. If you have ANY ongoing pain in your testicles I would get in my car and RUSH to the hospital. It may be serious and prevent you from having children if untreated.
Your description doesn't have enough detail for me to answer your question. If it's mild and infrequent pain, don't worry about it. More severe and/or persistent pain warrants a trip to the doctor.
it could be any number of things, but all of them warrant a trip to the doctor... It could be something simple to cure such as esophageal lesions caused by excess stomach acid buildup, to esphagealtearing or cancer... you really need to get to a doctor to determine exactly what it is... IF its cancer, you dont want to wait any longer to have it looked at...
First, severe toothache requires a trip to the dentist. But, if you can't get to the dentist immediately, I have found that 800 mg of ibuprofen will stop the pain. For topical relief a product like Anbesol gives some temporary relief by numbing the area a bit.
Bleeding, pain and possibly a trip to the hospital.
a trip to the vet! and what ever the Vet decides to prescribe for it.
Uh oh. You won't be hard to find. You should probably contact the court. Being arrested may cost you your job as well as a trip to jail.
Alcohol
Smoked Dimethyltryptamine (DMT) causes a "trip" that lasts about 10 minutes with a full hour to be completely back to baseline. Oral DMT must be combined with a maoi. With oral usage, the trip lasts significantly longer but is usually accompanied by severe nausa
it depends on what the pain is... i personaly had lower adominal pains that turned out to be sensitivity to the womb widening. id surgest a trip to the a&e would be the safest thing to do.

THE BEST THING TO TAKE is a trip to the dentist to have the "severely painful" wisdom tooth removed. I would think a localized shot of Novacaine would be much safer for your unborn baby, as opposed to taking ANY kind of pain killer orally. Plus, if your wisdom tooth is VERY painful, it's probably IMPACTED, so you could eat pain killers every day and it won't CURE it. It will only treat your symptoms (tooth pain), and will not get to the ROOT (get it?? root haha) of the problem. So please go see Dr. Happytooth as soon as possible. GOOD LUCK !
Not really, unless you trip on him. Some turtles can give a severe bite, but I've never heard of anyone ever dying from a turtle attack.
