sometimes. when you first have sex there is a loop of skin around the cervix and when you have sex for the first time that skin stretches which can sometimes hurt. But there is nothing to worry about because after the skin has streched it is fine and sex is most likely to be pain free. =]

The vagina of a women is no different after sex than to what it was before sex, there is really no reason why sex should hurt the first time specifically. As long as a woman is relaxed and fully aroused the vagina will relax, open, increase in size, and lubricate to allow pain-free penetration - the partner should also be gentle and take their time with penetration. If there is pain then you stop having sex, you address the problem, and then continue when it is pain-free.
