Depends what you mean. If you mean by just meeting other dogs in the park, then no. They are dominant and slightly aggressive with other dogs. It is best to keep them under control when walking on a leash.
If you mean by getting another dog and you already have a Shiba Inu, then they will be a bit hesitant. Shibas do not like to share their private space and no doubt a puppy will be a gigantic change for them. You will have to let them get used to any new additions to your family.

∙ 11y agoAs a general rule, the Shiba Inu breed usually does not get along with other dogs that have dominant personalities (this includes other Shiba Inus). They are best as the only dog in the house, or with another dog, provided the other dog has a submissive temperament.
