No.....
Everything you inhale the baby inhales so that would be like making a baby smoke weed and cigarettes except that now is when their organs are made so it's even worse. Low birth weight is one risk but also many others. You can read more in the link below.
when he was the womb
Really? What kind of a question is that? Honestly, you shouldn't smoke in the first place, each pack ur taking takes away 10 min of your life..smoking itself is a low-life disgusting and toxic habit. Beware of second-hand smoke for your child, and obviously, once the baby is out of the womb, then they wouldn't get injured with ur smoking habits other than deadly second-hand smoke. Don't do it, only losers do.
Yes but not because she smoked while you were in the womb.
As a nurse, I would say that not only is the second-hand crack smoke harmful, but the environment that you have yourself in could also be harmful. I would try to be as far away from the smoke as possibe. Don't take any chances!
Congenital deformities are often the result of genetic mutations in the womb, which in turn have a wide range of causes (including smoking, breathing in secondhand smoke, and exposure to radiation). You can read more about genetic mutations at http://ghr.nlm.nih.gov/handbook/mutationsanddisorders/genemutation.
Smoking during pregnancy is very dangerous for the fetus. While in the womb, the fetus is getting nutrients from its mother. When the mother smokes, she is exposing her baby to dangerous toxins. When you smoke during pregnancy you also stand a higher chance for your child to have medical problems such as premature, asthma, ear related illnesses. When smoking during pregnancy, your child has poorer lung function, and has a much higher chance of blood clots. Smoking during pregnancy also increases your chances of a miscarriage, and causes your child to have a higher chance of picking up smoking in his/her future. Omg, yes. It can effect a baby very badly, in fact, it can die in your womb from smoking, drinking, etc. Please, if you are pregnant and are a smoker, I beg of you to try your hardest to stop it.

When overused or if smoking marijuana becomes a habit, it can become psychologically addictive making the person want to smoke more marijuana. This is especially true of those who smoke marijuana and tobacco together in what is traditionally called a "blunt." If someone abuses marijuana leading up to pregnancy it can be hard to stop. Children who are exposed to marijuana while in the womb may be linked with attentive and learning disorders.
