Young boys who are going through puberty (the onset of manhood) will quite often have sexual ejaculations at night when they are asleep. These are often called "Wet dreams". The ejaculate consists of the liquid semen which provides noureshment and a water medium for the millions of spermatazoa (sperm cells). This is perfectly normal.

It is also perfectly normal if a boy does not experience wet dreams.
