No sperm do not have eyes. But...

Scientists often pondered the amazing navigation that these apparently primitive bundles of cells have at finding their way to the egg, and for a long time it appeared that the navigation was done using chemical signals.

But it appears that the human sperm cell is in fact extremely sophisticated.

Not only can they travel distances which scaled up represents a human walking thousands of miles but they even "dock" with the lining of the womb to take on fuel for the journey. According to recent research done by the Weizmann Institute human sperm finds it way to the zygote (female egg), by using heat sensors.

Prof. Eisenbach of the Weizmann Institute in Rehovot, Israel: "Apparently, the sperm are guided by temperature when they travel through most of the fallopian tube and navigate by tuning in to the egg's chemical call when they get close to the fertilization site."

So near intelligent (appearing) navigation but sadly ... no eyes.

What is sperm made of?

Firstly, sperm are cells, you can't see them with your unaided eyes. I guess you are talking about semen, which is the medium in which sperm travels. Ok, semen is mostly water, actually. A number of glands (like the cowper, prostate) add their contributions along the way. The role of semen is to transport the sperm cells deep within the uterus/fallopian tubes of the female, and to protect the sperm from the acidic nature of that anatomy.

Can clear sperm fertilize an egg?

It may appear to be "clear", but it isn't. Sperm cannot be seen with the naked eyes due to its microscopic size. Unless you have x-ray vision or 500 power retinas, one needs to assume that there are active sperm in the mans semen.

What is the part of a sperm that carries genetic information?

Sperm form the male ejacualtion carries important genetic information that supplys the egg with the information needed from the father of the baby. It carries the genes from the father, things like; what colour hair the baby will develop, the colour of its eyes and its personality charactersitics and etc. Each sperm has its own set of unique charactersitics and genes from the father. The characrteristics from the sperm (the father) and the charactersitcs from the egg (the mother) combine to create the fetus.
