Dogs normally don't kill people, but in rare cases of abused/provoked dogs, they may attack, and with some luck they may be deadly. Larger dogs are more deadly than smaller ones, but even giant dogs can be perfectly docile and friendly.
It may surprise you, but dogs kill more people tha sharks! But I know my pooch would never kill someone. Bears are also quite dangerous.
