I can't even begin to describe how painful this is. One thing is for sure is that it is definitely a contender with getting kicked in the balls for most painful experience a man can endure. As for why?
I really have no idea.
This is only my speculation but I think that air gets vented through the testes or something, and when you spray aerosol on it, that gets absorbed instead. Since Aerosol isn't good for the inside of the body - well you know the rest.
