It did me. Every since I had my baby I've been so proud of myself because my appetite is so small, and I can't eat very much. But when I started taking St. John's Wort, not two days later my appetite more than doubled. I'll eat something, and about thirty minutes later my stomach will feel empty, like a black hole for food. I've stopped taking it. I'd rather be unhappy than fat :)
