it is spelled "sugar", and what sugar does is get converted to glucose and there it is broken down by insulin (found in the pancreas, the organ behind the stomach) and then converted to energy. too much will cause what is known as "getting hyper" and maybe some shaking and/or a weird feeling (kind of like being tired), especially when all that extra energy wears off.

∙ 7y agoSugar can cause health problems in the future, like getting sick, sugar can make you hyper, sugar can cause tooth decay.Always check the nutrition facts it tells you how much grams of sugar it has. Any food that has more than 20 grams of sugar is not good for you. Eat more healthy food!
