After Mugetsu, Ichigo loses almost all of his Reiatsu right after the technique. He will then gradually and slowly lose the rest of his Shinigami Reiatsu in a month or so. It is possible to regain those powers afterwards, by developping your Fullbring (What Ichigo actually did :D )

This means you only need ONE parent who is a shinigami to have a pureblood- unless they left out info. SO I'm not saying Ichigo's mother was or was not a shinigami, but that is wrong. An inner hollow? Probably not. He wasn't one of Aizen's experiments, and he became a Shinigami normally, unlike Ichigo. So I seriously doubt it.
