Yes. If it's frozen solid, it won't stretch at all. On a hot day, if the gum is on the street and you step on it, it has an endless number of stretchy, sticky strands which will accompany you for blocks.

Yes because when the jaws are in motion the heat transfers to the heat line in your mouth and its almost like exercising mouth.
