If you're talking about the headlight itself, and not the bulb, no it will not swap between a Fit and Prelude.

The thermostat could be installed backward, the radiator could be plugged, the water pump could be worn out or you could have a warped head and bad head gasket.
It should be behind the Glovebox on the Pasenger side if you stick you head up behind you can juts get to it, Failing that take the glovebox out it's only a couple of screws!!!
