RCA inputs are the double (usually red/yellow) plugs typically used for television and home stereo equipment. If you mean that, then no.

and if you really meant an auxiliary port for like an iPod, then no to that as well. Shockingly most foreign cars have been slow to 'adapt' to the ipod culture. Most US cars have had inputs for electronics for the last 3 or 4 years. Luckily the 2010/2011 crop of new cars are showing more standard features like the iPod adapter, blue tooth for cell phones, etc.
