cooling sensor for 2004 ford focus zts radiator
Which one?
If your Focus ZTS is like mine you won't be changing out a filter, the 2.3L has a "lifetime" air filter that is a non serviceable part. I found some after market filter housings to make it possible to have a real filter but I have yet to buy one do to the cost, over 150 dollars.

Michelin or Bridgestone.
It has no governor. Speed is controlled by the ECU.
According to my Consumer Guide book : A 2003 Ford Focus ZTS model has a : ( Dual Over Head Cam four cylinder engine )
ZTS is a ford racing name it stands for Zits Taco SuckThat's totally iignorant and misleading!Focus ZTS is simply a trim package which includes Alloy wheels, CD player, A/C, etc. The name "Zetec" refers to the 2.0L DOHC engine which is way better than the 2.0L SPI engine. The "S" stands for Sedan.
The LX and LS sedans have a 13.2 gallon capacity. The ZTS sedans have a 14 gallon capacity. I found this info on Edmunds.com.
