i would recommend this diet for a special occasion not a permanent weight loss..... i also personally used this it really does work I lost 12 pounds in 2 days!!!!!!!!!!!

∙ 11y agoThe Five Day Miracle Diet will balance your blood sugar in five days as claimed. If you are a person whose weight problem is caused by binging and overeating then it could help a lot. When my husband I tried this diet, and it got to be time for the "meal off" to eat whatever you want, we really could not think of anything we wanted, so we had some yogurt which is not on the daily diet plan.
