The only diet to work is to exercise more and eat a healthy balanced diet.

This means eating a balance of all food groups including 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day.

Weight loss directly after exercise is water loss and not from fat.

If you eat a balanced diet and exercise 30 mins a day so that you produce a sweat then you should reach your ideal weight.
