If you show signs of steroid use, either physically or behaviorally, they can and will. Especially if you are on PRP[Personal Reliability Program].All branches of the Military do random drug testing. but if your immediate superior or Primary Care Manager suspects steroid use they can order you tested and you must comply.

∙ 12y agoThey need to have reasonable suspicion to test you for steroids because the military doesn't own the testing equipment for steroid tests (the military's steroid tests go to the US Olympic Committee's lab in Los Angeles) and the USOC is not shy about charging for their work.
OTOH, if you looked like the 97 Pound Weakling a month ago and now you look like Popeye the Sailor Man, you're getting tested.
