In the King James Version the thieves crucified (not "hung") are only mentioned in the Gospels of Matthew and Mark.

Matt 27:38 Then were there two thieves crucified with him, one on the right hand, and another on the left.

Mark 15:27 And with him they crucify two thieves; the one on his right hand, and the other on his left.

Answer #2More important is understanding that the two Thieves and all the other events which were occurring at the cross, were ALL the fulfillment of Scripture....

Luke 23:34

"Father forgive them, for they know not what they do.

Why did Christ say this? He knew what was happening and what was about to occur was all written of hundreds and thousands of years prior and these folks were missing that fact. Scripture was being fulfilled

Mark 15:28;

" And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, and he was numbered with the transgressors" Isaiah 53:12

"Isaiah 53:12 Therefore will I divide Him a portion with the great, and He shall divide the spoil with the strong; because He hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bear the sin of many and made intercession for the transgressors"

Back to these transgressors (thieves). Go back and read Luke 39-43 and you will discover exactly what was written concerning the transgressors in Isaiah 53:12 as Christ makes intercession for the transgressor

"Today shalt thou be with me in paradise"

And what was written in Mark 15:34;

Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani... Which again refers to the fulfillment of scripture found in Psalms 22. Psalms 22 defines the entire event which was occurring at the cross and was written 1000 years before it occurred. Christ was attempting to get these folks to wake up and observe what was occurring and how it was fulfilling scripture.

And again in Luke 23:46, Christs last words in the flesh;

"Father into Thy hands I commend My spirit" This is from Psalm 31:5

Christ was no coward, he gave his life as the sacrifice for one and all time, for the sins we had committed and would commit. He became the door (John 10), the way back to salvation for our souls. He was teaching us that, even as he hung on that cross with the thieves and only one of the thieves understood this. But more than that the thief and Pilot both understood that which the High priests and elders of the temple in Jerusalem had failed to understand, even though the High Priests and elders were supposed to know the scriptures.

See the picture and how your thieves fit into that picture? It is not written but I would assume (even consider) it was the thief who was at Christ's right hand who rebuked thethiefwho was at Christ's Left hand.... Everything occurring during that event had a purpose and a deep study, reveals these things to the student of our Fathers word. Christ being delivered up before Herod was and example of what the elect are to do when they are delivered up to the realm of Anti-Christ, just as Christ told you to do in (Mark 13:11), the Holy Spirit gave him nothing so he spoke nothing to Herod (this was an ensample to us, Christ was teaching us)... No man could have ever gotten all of those things to fall into place in exact measure as they did at the cross, and made them align with the scripture of Psalms 22. This was not a random event and the thieves you mentioned, played a part.

Where to find in the bible that the one of the two thieves hung on the cross with Jesus went to hell?

The Bible doesn't say that one of the theives went to hell, but that the other thief went to heaven. People just assume that he went to hell because he was a theif. The reason that the other thief went to heaven was because he believed Jesus.
