Yes, it has an "airstair" that flips down. It was designed so people could enter and exit the plane at airports that didn't have fancy gate equipment. When the plane was first introduced you could open it in flight, which hijacker DB Cooper took advantage of: he opened the airstair and parachuted out of the plane. Now there's a little flap on 727s that seals the airstair during flight.
