It depends on what you are looking for. Nook, being that it is from Barnes and Noble may have a greater selection of children's books. However, Kindle has more interactive qualities like built in dictionaries.
Both the Nook and Kindle have their strengths. Kindles offer a larger selection of ebooks through Amazon, while Nooks provide flexibility to borrow ebooks from libraries. Consider your preferences for content selection, budget, and design features to determine the best pick for you.
I have had personal experience with the Barnes and Noble Nook. I have found it to be flexible with eBooks, as well as Adobe PDF files. I have also worked with the apps for the Nook and Kindle both. In that case, I prefer the Kindle app for reading books.
Kindles and Nooks are both ereaders. The Kindle is manufactured by Amazon and the Nook by Barnes and Noble. They support different file types, but at a similar cost, they are more similar than different.
An eBook reader is a device used to read eBooks. The best ones are the Kindle from Amazon and the Nook from Barnes N Noble. Some people like the Apple iPad but it's not actually an eBook reader.
You can find the best eBooks by browsing popular online marketplaces like Amazon Kindle store, checking out curated lists on websites like Goodreads, or looking for recommendations from reputable book review blogs. Additionally, subscribing to eBook services like Kindle Unlimited or Scribd can provide access to a wide selection of titles.
A lot of my friends have these e readers, and the kindle / nook debate comes up frequently. I personally prefer the nook, but it all depends on what you want to get out of your E reader.
Best Buy offer a large selection of e-book readers online. The most popular are the Kindle, Nook and Sony e-Reader.
There are many differernce facets about the Nook and Kindle that have to be examined and anyone can put together an argument as to which is better for them. The pricing of the Kindle is a little less than the Nook, however the Nook Tablet has 1 GB of memory versus the Kindle which has only 512 MB. The Kindle is better if you want to purchase exclusively from Amazon, but the Nook is better if you are looking for a more universal experience. I have to recommend the Nook Tablet from my research and from everyone I talk to who has the Fire or Nook. I have placed a "Related Link" with more information from PC World.
Do not know much about Kindle or Nook e-book but go to the library and see if they have some there for the public to use. Then you can decide which e-book reader works best for you.
The best eBook reader device currently is the Kindle. The Kindle is nice since it allows users to get eBooks directly from book stores like Amazon. A lot of the books are even free to Kindle owners.
Currently the top two selling ereaders are Amazon's Kindle and Barnes and Noble's Nook. I personally think that the Kindle is the better buy as the Kindle is a great quality.
There are a few very good ereaders available. Some of the best ones are the Amazon Kindle Fire, The Kindle, and The Nook. They each have their own strong points, so it is just a matter of preference as to which one is best for you.
