Yes. Unlike the older model, which only has touch dialing, the LG Neon 2 has an all over touch screen. It also has a landscape slide-out physical keyboard.

Not the AT&T version, the OS will only let it use the dialing app for touch screen. it sux. i am hoping there will be an OS port that fixes this, hax or no.
