No, it circles the Earth once each month, never colliding...yet...

Oftentimes, I have seen the Moon just before it sets, while the Sun is rising -they are BOTH visible in the sky at the same time.

Is it the moon's job everyday to come up every night?

The moon doesn't have a "job", but rather follows its natural orbit around Earth, which causes it to rise and set at different times each night. This cycle is influenced by the moon's position relative to the sun and Earth's rotation.

Do the moon come out every night?

The moon does not appear in the night sky every night due to its phases and orbit around the Earth. It takes about 29.5 days to complete a full lunar cycle, during which it goes through phases from new moon to full moon and back. During the new moon phase, the moon is positioned between the Earth and the Sun, making it nearly invisible from our perspective. Therefore, while the moon is always present, its visibility varies throughout the month.
