the sun rings like a bell
A moon by definition has to orbit a planet - and the Sun is a star, not a planet. Also it has no rings.
the sun rings like a bell
to protect their eyes from the sun, they use the black rings as sun glasses.
They are too close to the sun to have rings.

No.
The collections of orbiting solar objects are not considered "rings", but "belts" of objects sych as the Asteroid Belt, Kuiper Belt, and the Oort Cloud of comets. The Sun does not have rings.
Most rings are made of ice. Therefore the planets that are father away from the sun are colder than the ones near the sun. Ice will form rings around the planets.
Unfortunately, Mars do not have any rings around it because Mars is formed to close around the Sun for it to have rings which are icy.
