Some netbooks have or have no webcams. This will really depend on the type of netbook you purchase.
The Samsung NC10 was first produced and marketed in 2008. At that time it was one of the first notebooks to have a 10.2 inch screen. This was a major selling point.
No it comes with Safari
I had the same problem when I got my NC10. You need to press the Fn key and F11 at the same type, it should fix it Samsung has just issued an update that fixes the problem. Download "Magic Keyboard" from NC10 support page on Samsung website.
Mobile Intel GMA 950
The Samsung NC10 does not include an optical drive of any kind. It is what is commonly called a "netbook", a trend started by Asus with the Eee PC line. The vast majority of these do not include a CD drive so that they can have a longer battery life and more compact size. You can access CD programs by sharing a drive over a network or connecting an external USB CD/DVD ROM drive.
Some of the features of the Samsung NC10 include a 10.2 inch screen and a battery life of 7.5 hours. It also has a large hard disk and sells for about $499 US.
Good netbook brands and models are: Acer Aspire One, Asus EeePc, Dell Inspiron Mini, Samsung NC10, HP Mini-Note, Lenovo Ideapad. All of them except Lenovo have 8..9-inch and 10-inch versions. Lenovo Ideapad is only 10-inch version. You can check prices at the link bellow. Good luck!
I would recommend a small laptop or netbook computer. They are small, portable and affordable and allow you to carry out simple tasks for high school work such as word processing as well as being able to play music and watch videos. There are many small laptops to buy on the market and some of the newer models have high specs. The Samsung NC10 is a goood one but most of the large manufacturers have their own model now, so check reviews and compare specifications to find the one you need.
Acer Aspire One from Curry's or PC World. About £200 for a 10.1" screen. It has a webcam. Recommended OS for it: Ubuntu Netbook Remix. Free from distrowatch.com or ubuntu.com. Some of the good Netbooks are as: Samsung NC10, Dell Mini 10, and Acer Aspire One are good Netbooks to buy. As all these Netbooks are embedded with Intel Atom Processors, it is a great little piece of technology and also the Intel brand associated to it. These Netbooks also have good quality of Webcam. Hence, you can also enjoy video chatting or video conference through your Netbook. And moreover Intel embedded Netbooks are much lesser price and more importantly with a great battery life (approx. to 10- 12 Hrs.) and also physical keyboard which will help in typing. Worth buying Intel embedded Netbooks.

I did research and found names of several laptops but could not find any of them in the electronic stores; Asus Eee PC S101, Samsung NC10, Dell vostro I510, Lenovo 3000 N500, Toshiba Setallite A300, HPCompaq 6830, Medion Akoya S2210, Asus MV50-AS001C and Sony Vaio VGN-FWIIe
RAM means how much CPU it can use,for instance a giga byte is 1,024 kilobytes (KB) so 1,024 KB will be 100% CPU usage...in simplier terms it can run up to 1GB at a single instince the 160 GB hard drive is the actual memory, meaning it can hold 160 GB of memory
